Bringing Usability Tenets and User-Friendly IA to NABE

Virginia (Ginger) Bisek has been hired by the National Association of Bar Executives (NABE) as senior copywriter, content developer and usability specialist.

Ginger Bisek is working on the redesign of NABE, the only organization of its kind focused on issues that involve executive directors and professional staff members of bar associations.

In collaboration with Ann Murphy from the Bar Association of San Francisco, John Sirman from the State Bar of Texas, and Pamela Robinson from the American Bar Association, Ginger is working in the Web 2.0 arena to bring the NABE organization into the 21st century.

Slated for development is an online application by Affiniscape (Austin, Texas) that allows NABE members to not only join online, but sign up online for annual meetings, workshops and sections.

The NABE Website Committee is committed to a redesign of its look and feel and an overhaul of its content, which includes a complete analysis and restructuring of its navigation as well.
